If you have not done so already, please complete the online Google form by Friday 19th February if you require emergency childcare for any P4-P7 children for the week beginning 22nd February. Remember this service is only available if both parents are key workers and there are no other childcare options available to you.

Existing hub attendees should also complete this form to ensure we have an accurate overview of numbers in preparation for our phased return on Monday 22^nd February 2021.

Note that the festival runs from Thursday 18^th Feb – Saturday 20^th Feb.

Glasgow Science Centre’s first ever digital science festival

The new Scottish Child Payment (£40 every four weeks for eligible children under six) starts on 15 February and we are encouraging parents to apply now.

For those eligible for the £250 Best Start Grant School Age Payment we are reminding parents that the current application window – for children born between March 1, 2015 and February 29, 2016 – will close on 28 February even for those who have deferred entry.

There are also the Pregnancy and Baby Payment and Early Learning Payment that may also be relevant. See the attached flyer for more details.
