On Friday at 10am, P3 and P3/4 are presenting their learning about Knights and Castles to parents and families.  They have been practising hard and are looking forward to show us all their great learning!

Thursday 3rd March is World Book Day.  We will be celebrating this in school with tasks and activities that help the children see the enjoyment in reading.

Fun events, such as this, help us maintain a positive learning environment throughout the school and improves pupil motivation to learn.

Primary 7 pupils will be spending the day at Calderside Academy on Tuesday 23rd February.  They are all excited, anxious, nervous and eager to enjoy their day.

This is their first full transition day and is designed to help the pupils feel more familiar and at ease in their new environment.

Toastie was once again very well appreciated by our pupils and contributed to our Healthy Snack Competition Week.  Many thanks to the parents who helped us out with this.

All of this week we will be running a Healthy Snack Competition between the classes.
